Network Marketing Solutions, Inc. (AKA Netmark) is a privately held firm that is dedicated to providing internet

based solutions for commercial and government companies.

The company's primary business area is the development of organizational management software that enables

companies (large and small) and government offices to communicate pertinent information, no matter how distributed

or complex the enterprise may be.

Netmark has been in business for 8 years and has over 2500 users of its primary product (LINK). The LINK

manageware tool is available on a licensing basis; outright purchase (including source code) for those companies or

agencies that want to perform their own integration or development; or, on a service bureau basis where Netmark

operates the hardware, internet connectivity, performs all training, system maintenance and backups.

In addition, Netmark will develop unique software applications as required by individual customers. These unique

applications can be integrated into the LINK manageware product, or designed to run in a stand-alone environment.

Netmark will develop these products on a fixed price basis, meaning that both parties know the full cost and

exposure from the start of the project.

Custom software applications can be delivered to you for implementation and operation on your hardware, or they

can be run on Netmark hardware on a service bureau basis. In either case, you own the software rights at the end
