

The LINK product has been packaged and incorporated into a total end user solution called DataVaul. DataVault
is a “one-stop-shop” service for creating e-paper offices, and is geared to selected industries including legal,
accounting and insurance. Customer documents are imaged, indexed and archived in a schema that is unique to
each industry supported. These documents are processed and stored in the DataVault Data Center, and made
available to customers through the internet, via secure and encrypted connection. Each customer has input in
custom tailoring the configuration of his own document E-Cabinet. In this manner, customers have secure access to
their unique information whether they are at the office, at home or on the road.
DataVault features a data archiving and indexing capability that enables customers to store and retrieve documents
in a number of ways including electronic bin type, title, date, responsible individual, number, organization/department,
and full document text search. The workflow feature of DataVault enables customers to promulgate documents via
the internet, perform collaborative electronic reviews, and control access to specific documents. The workload
feature of DataVault provides for an optional electronic notification (via e-mail), that new documents have been
added to the customer’s unique DataVault area, and that a collaborative review process has been initiated.
DataVault is also a solution where historical documents and files can be archived online for lengthy retention
periods or stored on an external media such as CD’s. DataVault is a highly scaleable solution for document
management, and is priced well for small to large companies.
